Biotech Plans Keep Growing for Florida

Another addition to the Florida biotech boom just received the initial OK in Palm Beach Gardens. The project will be across from Florida Atlantic University, and calls for a 20 year plan to build more than 500,000 sf of commercial and retail, as well as 300+ hotel rooms and 1.2 MILLION sf of office space.

This project will be a huge benefit to the Martin County real estate market. With some of the highest rated schools in the state . . . and the top rated high school, you can bet the scientists working in the biotech industry in Palm Beach Gardens will choose to live in Jensen Beach and the rest of Martin County.
